Asphalt Distillation Range Testing Equipment

We are offering asphalt distillation range testing equipment.
The instrument is designed and made as per t0632 “test methods for distillation characteristics of liquid asphalt” in the industry standard of people’s republic of china jtj052 specification and test methods for bitumen and bituminous mixture for highway engineering.
It is suitable to determine distillate content in the liquid petroleum asphalt as per t0632.
Main technical specifications and parameters
1. Power supply: ac 220 v±10%, 50 hz.
2. Distillation flask shield: made by iron sheet, its surface is plated to black, and it is with a wooden handle. There is a gap opposite to the handle to let the branch tube of distillation flask get through. There is a rectangle observation window on the shield of flask. There is transparent mica inserted in the frame of window.
3. Distillation flask:it is made of hardness glass and can endure a temperature higher than 500 °c. The diameter of the ball section of the flask is 102±2.0 mm, and the neck of the flask is 25±1.2 mm. The angle between branch tube and flask neck is 75±3 °.
4. Thermometer: 0~360 °c, scale division is 1 °c.
