We offer high performance astero logic controller that are widely used to automate an assortment of industrial processes.
Features:
astero microprocessor based panels are ideally suited for small and medium sized ro plants
complete operating logic of the process is preprogrammed
notification for filter backwash and due plant service
inputs from lps, hps and level switch (ls)
four outputs in the correct operating sequence namely raw water pump (rwp), high pressure pump (hpp) flushing solenoid valve (rl2) and cleaning pump (cp) doser
the electronics take care of required motor protection such as overload, dry running, single phasing and high conductivity
debounce time. (in built debounce time to avoid chattering of high pressure pump contactor due to initial dipping in suction pressure)
time based flushing
new improved ro control panels with additional features such in built conductivity, one auxiliary input (can be configured as rwlvl, rl2, orp, dosing, tp ip)
