i. Book doctor Appointments: It is very easy to book doctor appointments online using AstoCare's comprehensive portal. Just follow these steps and you are good to go.
● Login to AstoCare as a Patient.
● Click on the search button on the top right.
● Select the Doctor Tab and fill your city's name.
● Specify the details of the desired Doctor (like name/specialisation/surname/etc.)
● Click the search button.
● Choose the Desired Doctor from the list that appears then by clicking on his/her name.
● Click on Book Appointment, on the window to the right.
● Specify the date and time as per your convenience.
● Upload previous medical records/reports, if any.
● Mention special remarks, if any.
● Request for the Appointment.
● Wait for the Approval.
● Approval: Once approved, your appointment has been booked and you are good to go.
● Disapproval: Due to unavailability, your request might not be approved. You are then requested to try booking with another Doctor from our portal.
ii. Request Lab Tests: Stop browsing every Lab in order to get your pathological tests done. Just follow along and get it done online!
● Login to AstoCare as a Patient.
● Click on the search button on the top right.
● Select the Laboratory Tab and fill your city's name.
● Specify the name of the desired Laboratory.
● Click the search button.
● Choose the Desired Lab from the list that appears then by clicking on their name.
● Click on Order Medicine, on the window to the right.
● Select from the doorstep pickup and Lab Appointment options.
● Specify the date and time as per you
