procedure
1. seller sends fco and supporting documentation.
2. buyer send sales and purchase agreement (spa)
3. buyer will pay 6.5% of the total cost of the product to the seller to cover the government taxes, documentation, and government royalties in the seller’s country. These costs incurred will be deducted from the final payment.
4. seller commences shipment on behalf of the buyer to the refinery. Prior to departure, seller will send the copy of the export documentation to the buyer’s refinery via email of fax.
5. seller will inform the buyer via email when the delivery will arrive.
6. after smelting and issuing a new assay report, the buyer will transfer the agreed price direct to the sellers banking coordinates by swift wire transfer.

seller shall send the buyer via email, copies of all official documentation handed to the buyers authorized representative such as;
certificate of origin
certificate of ownership
certificate of non-criminal origin and that the gold is free of all encumbrances.
all export documents notarized.
customs declaration that all taxes and other duties have been paid for.
customs declaration and description of boxes quantity weight list description each shipment transaction.
export company declaration that all charges, taxes and any other duties have been paid full.
certificate of assay report issue by international recognized laboratory e.g. Geological department.
