Specifications

• Motorized agitator blade slowly turns through the material so as to prevent any bridging of the material.
• Action of the agitator blade improves uniformity of bulk density and consistency. Auger or screw rotates and feeds the material through bottom tube.
• Rotational movement of the auger may be controlled by sophisticated servo drive or simply dual speed motor & clutch/brake system.
• Material that is fed by the auger is collected in container placed on the load cell. Load cell is used as weight sensing transducer.
• This passive transducer gives tiny milli volt output proportional to the load acting upon it.
• This output voltage is amplified by precision instrumentation amplifier and amplified output is filtered to reduce effect of noise and external unwanted vibrations.
• The filtered output is digitized with ADC and fed to micro controller.
• Micro controller uses DSP algorithm for further filtering of the data.
