Auto Feed Drilling Machine

Our BR 40BA is designed to drill complicated shapes of work materials. The spindle speed is comparatively higher and it is interrelated to the rotations it makes per minute which is 88-2600x8. The RAM diameter is 78mm and the spindle auto feed ranges between 0.05 and 0.09. The maximum making hole radius is 1005mm. The drill head motor is very powerful compared the above models and it has the capacity of 105HP for 1440 rotations per minute. The closed grain cast iron column, making hole arm, work head and gears are fabricated using imported grinding instruments which make them stay precise for assembling. Our models can be selected based on the making hole capacity, depth of boring and the compatibility to cope up with different work materials.Column, Arm, Work Head & Gears are made out of Closed Grain, Parts Properly Balanced, Prior Assembling of Main Gear & Pully, Parts Finished on imported Grinding Machine, All moving parts Finished to close Tolerance, Spindle Ram is made out of Alloy Steel, Main Spindle & Pinon are Made out of EN Forged Steel
