We are offering rlmk-1 is auto rotary marking machine, it is mainly applied to the marking of components with curved-surface like capacitor, fuse, ceramic gas discharge tube, shell of motor, filter and continuous marking for banding objects.
RLMK-1's main features are listed below:
1. The operation selects client-oriented design, it is operated easily, is adoptive for printing on different kinds of product. Its module could be switched in high efficiency based on requirements and still keep a good quality of printing.
2. Alphabet mold was made of rubber in low cost and short lead-time, the cycle time can be changed partially for reaching the good operation condition.
3. The Ink container uses the newest design; it is not only adjusted easily, it is but also changed by different ink container according to the requirement of different color under standard condition. This principle which only be changed completely without adjustment is advantageous to handle the change for operator.
4. The design of ink-supply system, ink-smooth system, contact condition between alphabet mold and transferable roller are different to the traditional design, it is operated more skillful than before.effectively, same series of products could be programmed to 2 ~ 3 kinds of specifications of product (Module Design).
5. The experience of market is rich; a tiny symbol could be printed out clearly. It has outstanding feature if comparing to the general marking machine.
6. It is not only operated stand-alone, it is also suitable to link with peripherals. The related functions of external link control are reserved (automatic link application is about 60%)
