Our facilities use automatic high precision lines, capable of providing high quality
components for alternators and starters. We ensure that each component of our products is
tested thoroughly before assembly. There are also on-line tests, final tests and various other
tests to ensure that our products can meet our high quality standards and that of our oem
customers. Our engineers and technicians are trained for oem and oes requirements,
ensuring our products are of highest quality form design stage until they're shipped from
our facility.
starters have high rpm and our facilities produce starters in a wide range of rpm and power.
because of their specification, starters are therefore required to be assembled using the
highest quality components in the most precise assembly lines. We manufacture over 90%
of our components ourselves and the rest we purchase from well known, respectable brands.
our assembly lines are equipped with on-line testing and for our final testing we use d&v testing equipment.
