Auto Twist Tester determines the yarn twist in single yarns plied yarns and open end yarns.

 

It works on the principle of untwist and twist methods.

 

Details

  • The unique designed twin tensioner makes it possible to apply variable tension for single yarn and constant tension for plied yarns from one single tensioning device.
  • Auto stops after completion of test.
  • Specimen length can be adjustable up to 20 inches.
  •  Builtin program for sample details entry.
  • 4line LCD display and inbuilt memory used for print out the results.
  • Test results in TPI (or) TPM is directly displayed on the LCD display.
  • Special software program to test open end yarns.
  • Step less speed adjustment from 200 to 2000 RPM.
  • Inbuilt mini printer provided by optional.
  • RS232 port for data transfer to computer.
  • Independent yarns stand for easy unwinding and feeding.
  • Stainless steel jaw provided with springs for easy operation and special grip pad for better grip.
  • Constant tension for double yarn and open end yarn.
