With years’ manufacturing experience, the equipment is of matured and complete natures and considerate service. The produced aerated block is featured by light weight, high strength, large density, strong impermeability, and good thermal insulation effect, which can be optionally processed.
Air overturn process
firstly, meter and assort the stored raw material; (1) after that, pour it into the casting mixer for mixing; (2) perform uniform casting. (3) into the mold, where the plate reinforcement is already prepared. (19). After initial curing for certain temperate and certain time, (4) the molding body will reach certain hardness; at this time, hoist the mold and molding body to the cutter by the overturn sling. The overturn sling can complete the following functions: a: turn the mold 90° in air (5) (one side plate of the mold will be used as the bottom plate to support the molding body till the steam-curing product is finished), b: hoist it to the cart or cutting support bracket for mold opening and mold stripping (6), c: remove the mold frame and the returned steam-curing side plate (16), assemble them into the mold again (17), spray oil after clearing (18), perform casting again. The molding body will be subject to the hexahedral cutting on the cutter. A. Firstly, perform vertical cutting to both sides of the molding body (7), b. After that, perform longitudinal and horizontal cutting (8), c. Lastly, perform transverse, horizontal, or lateral cutting (9). The cut molding body and the bottom plate will be hoisted to the steam-curing cart by the semi-finished product sling, (10) after that, it will be grouped and delivered to the still kettle (11) for high-temperature steam-curing. (12) after steam-curing, it will be delivered out from the kettle, (13) and the finished product will be stacked, (14) by the finished product sling, loaded, and packed (15) and the steam-curing side plate will be returned (16).
