Autoclave free pvb glass laminating machine.
we adopt germany technology for heating system and vacuum pump part.
we adopt carbon fiber far infrared heating tube as our heating system. Each layer has heating system to make sure glass heating process evenly. And with this system, heating-up is very fast, only 3-5 seconds for increasing 1℃. Besides, turbo blower inner the furnace can ensure hot air circulating. That also can make the inner temperature equal and temperature difference in each area not exceed 2℃. (as pic1)
we use wind-cooling vacuum pump. Compared with water-cooling technology, our technology works more stable; and we don’t need change oil frequently. In addition, equipped with vacuum buffer tank, even in case of interruption of power supply, the tank can vacuumize continuously to make sure no air come in and high product yield. (as pic2)
2. Plc control makes processing more easily.
we use plc control to make all program completed automatically. Heating time and temperature can be adjusted according to the glass’s thickness and quantity. Besides, working status can be shown on touch screen. With the self-check function, any problem, you could check on the screen and do some adjustment. It is very easy and safe to operate.
we are the only one to use scr for adjusting electric power and voltage in china. It keeps machine run more stable and long performance life.
anti-thunder stoke system is used in our plc system.
3. Saves energy and cost.
save more than 50% energy than other similar machine. Only need 0.5kw for processing 1m² glass.
fully automatic hydro pneumatic work platform, it can be accurately adjusting the height according to each layer automatically. Whole process just needs 2-3 workers, which greatly saves labor cost. Also it makes the processing much easier and safe.
