And top lid is die pressed 6mm tick solid s.s. Plate and polished for the elegant appearance. This autoclave is equipped with radial lockingsystem as well as low water level cut off system. When water level falls down the required level, the equipment automatically disconnects power supply to protect the elements from burning out and it is dry fitted with water gauge glass for water level indication, water inlet and outlet valves. The vertical autoclave has pressure control device incorporated. It economizes power consumption as it cuts off the power supply to heaters when the pressure is achieved at 20psi and re-energies the heating elements when pressure falls below the set point. The vertical autoclave front panel is provided with working pilot lamps, pressure gauge and timer for sterilizing, switch for selection process and sterilization and two alarm buzzers to indicate the ending of the process and other one is for indicating the completion of sterilization
