Autodialer

The IVR's dialer automatically calls a list of phone numbers, monitors the pointless calls, such as answering machines and busy signals, and then links a waiting representative with the customer. The telephone numbers can be unambiguously specified or imported via a file. Imported calls can be loaded along with names and other tagged data for easy future identification, categorized using campaign names, and dialed using standard Auto dialer.
