This watering system in battery is easy to install and are performance oriented. We offer them in different technical specifications and can be customized as per the requirement of our clients. Moreover, this service is offered at most reasonable rate.
Keeping in mind the diverse requirements of the clients, we also offered automatic Battery Watering Systems which includes below parts.

• Fully automatic watering plug: This special allows dm water to each cell if the electrolyte level is below maximum mark.

• Water feed pump: The function of this pump is to feed water 5 l storage container to each watering plug with min 5 psi pressure, it also gives signal to main control unit to stop filling cycle when all cells are filled to maximum mark.

• Main control unit: The function unit to control all operation without any human interference. It works on 12 V DC battery supply only and does not any external supply. It takes input signal from watering feed pump and again gives on/off signal to water feed pump.

• Fully automatic water filling operation.
• No human interference.
• Operates on battery supply it self hence no external supply required.

Each watering plug is designed in such a way that it will not allow single drop of dm water when cell’s electrolyte level reaches to max mark. We will understand working of battery watering system step by step.

• Step 1: On 1st day of each month at a certain time say 11 am. The water feed pump will start automatically without any human interference.
• Step 2: Water will get inside in each cell which has electrolyte level below maximum mark. If the electrolyte level is above or equal to maximum mark then special watering plug will remain in shut off condition. In short the DM water filling takes place only when electrolyte level is below maximum mark.
• Step 3: When all cells electrolyte level reaches to maximum mark then there will not be any flow from water feed pump and it gives signal to main control unit.
• Step 4: Main control gives switch off signal to water feed pump. End of water filling cycle. After 15 days that 16th day of each month the above operation will be repeated automatically
