This is automatic production line of bonnell spring unit. Feed in wire, spring unit comes out, without collecting or ranging springs by hand. Firstly bonnell spring is made of wire, then is sent to certain place by spring conveyor and into the assembling machines by mechanical arms to assemble spring unit. Spring conveyor is with simple structure, accurate positioning servo, and good stability.
