automatic capsule filler that fills up to 1,50,000 capsules per hour with variety of powder formulation. this auto capsule filling machine model can accurately fill entire range of hard gelatine capsule sizes 00 to 4 with powder, pellets, and granules separately or in all type combination of powder & pallets with high accuracies. automatic capsule filler uses the tamping pin technology to form a slug which is inserted in hard gelatine capsule for an enhanced accuracy. our fully automatic range of capsule filling machines have been designed with our experience spanning close to two decades and the technology available with us on secure filling and closing of capsules.

the machine control is by means of a programmable logic controller with touch enabled “siemens” make human machine interface with a very user friendly operable front end. fully automatic capsule machine is offered in number of variants that differs on the production rate as per the requirement. the minimum production rate of the machine is 25,000 capsules and it goes as high as 1,50,000 capsules. it requires a 3-phase power supply for smooth and trouble-free operation.
