automatic clay brick setting machine working flow:after the cutter pushing the green bricks which have been cutted to brick parting board , billet parting cylinder will out and drive the brick parting board to open to grouping the green bricks ,the up and down cylinder will down after grouping the green bricks. after the chuck reaching the schedule location, the chuck tool start working and carrying the green brick. next the up and down cylinder pick up the chuck to schedule height., brick parting cylinder out and expand the air flue of green bricks, moving system move the brick setting machine to the above of kiln car, rotating system finish to rotate 90°.then the up and down cylinder down to the schedule height ,chuck carry the green bricks to the kiln car, brick setting machine put a bed of bricks and rotat a bed to forming cross. according to circulate, it can finish all the setting bricks process of kiln car. automatic setting machine is controlled by plc frequency conversion to success automatic.
