Harsiddh” introduced Automatic Desiccant (Silica Gel) Inserting Machine, suitable for Round or Other Shaped Bottles. Machine is suitable for inserting Canisters into the Bottle used on Tablet/Capsule Bottle Packing Line for Online Operation.
Desiccant canisters are small, cylindrical containers filled with desiccants like silica gel aimed to absorb the moisture used in Pharmaceutical, food and Nutraceutical Product Packaging.
Machine can insert the required number of Canister in Single Bottles and can be connected with any Bottle Packing Line for using Online Operation.
Machine suitable for various sizes of Bottles as well as desiccant with the help of change parts for different Canister Size where Machine does not require any change parts for change in Bottle size.
This machine is used for cutting the desiccant (silica gel) pouch and filling the desiccant In to the bottle automatically.
Suitable for differs of specifications, differs of materials, round, oblate, rectangle, flat square bottle. Accept touch screen HMI. PLC control system and Servo motors.
High heavy-duty knife, cut precise and reliable, will not cut the desiccant bag/pouch. The desiccant bag/pouch bottles alarm control capabilities to ensure continuity and Accuracy of a number of exposure.
