BMY1300 Semi-automatic die-cutting & creasing machine combines several advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It uses high strength gripper bars and advantage gripper structure; it can be applicable to all kinds of cardboard paperboard and corrugated paperboard. Frontal/ back and side registration mechanism ensures great precision of die cutting. Other parts are adopted high precision intermittent mechanism, air clutch in quick action, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and man-machine interface; the interface can display various digital information of machine, such as working speed, amount of paper processed and total running time. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. The main host is controlled by inverter, stepless speed variation, and smooth operation. The machine has many sensors and safety devices to guarantee the safety of operator and environment.

Main drive: 

Die cutting part adopt warm and gear connected with crank axle mechanism, has the characteristics of low noise, high pressure, high precision and long mechanical life and the warm, gear and crank axle are CNC grinding processing.

Main drive lubricating with oil immersion type and imported high pressure gear pump with uninterrupted lubrication ensuring interior of the machine will always be new many years.

Die-cutting part:

the die-cutting plate is specially designed for safe,easy to operate.the pneumatic locking device makes the fixing of the plate strong,accurate and time-saving.

Electric control:

The machine is controlled by OMRON PLC.All the electric parts are either from Japan.France,Germany or Taiwan.
