Automatic Doors Lift

Automatic door are recommended for lifts being used at public buildings handling high traffic. Though they require more space in the building as compared to manual doors, it is advisable to go for automatic doors. There is no need for a lift operator. The door panels can be designed to add to the décor of the building.

The range of lifts available is from 4 persons to 40 persons. The speed of travel ranges from single speed of 0.7m/s to variable speeds of 1.5m/s. The cabin walls & door panels can be of M.S. painted, M.S. Powdercoated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Glass doors can also be provided but are expensive. Normally center opening doors are advised due to their ease of use and elegance. However in places with a size constraint, telescopic doors can also be provided in which both the doors open towards one side.

Our lifts use Programmable Logic Controllers with auto fault display and detection capability. Modern amenities like variable speeds through ACVVVF drives, Automatic rescue device for electricity failure, Load weighing devices for large lifts, Hydraulic machine room less lifts, etc are available at extra cost.

• All Door heights will be 2000mm clear.
• Plan for Manual Swing doors / Collapsible doors / Telescopic doors is different.
• All Sizes are inside finished dimensions in mm.
• All Hoistway walls are 230 mm thick Brick or 150 mm RCC walls.

• Entire Civil Structure for the lift shaft including plaster & painting of lift shaft inside.
• Three Phase Electric Supply.
• Scaffolding during Lift erection.
• Provision of sill support, machine support, Lifting beam / hook, pit ladder, etc.
• Grouting of our holdfasts, Push button Boxes, Door frame members, etc.
• Machine room will be extended beyond the lift shaft so that machine is approachable from three sides for maintenance.
