the produciton line consists of pulping system, forming system,drying system and stacking system,automatic and high efficiency.pulping is the first step for whole line. There are one rotary forming machine and one transferring rotary machine,also called double rotary forming system. Each rotary machine has 6 forming platens and each platen can contain 3molds,so totally need 36pcs molds.another feature worth to be noted is the drying line, 8 layer drying line ,the line dimension is about 20m*2m*2.5m, which made it to be one of the top effective .
