Automatic Feeding System

In automatic systems the recycled powder collected from the cyclone separator is transferred to a vibrating powder siever, there it separates the dust from powder. The sieved powder is dropped in to the powder hopper and mix with the virgin powder. The whole process is monitored by powder level sensors and the PLC system. Two different Hoppers are provided for circulated & fresh powder. Touch Screen operation, Automatic fresh powder supply with level monitoring, automatic level maintaining & lense movement.
