Automatic Filling Machines

Unibloc Machine is a fully automatic rotary bottle rinsing, filling, capping machine designed for bottling of still drinks in PET bottles or glass bottles of different shapes and sizes. Rinsing, Filling and capping section is assembled at the same frame base. These sections are manufactured individually along with different configurations.This machine operates on the principle of Gravity filling through Nozzles having vent Tube. Machine is available in different sizes from 12 valves to 60 valves achieving capacity up to 400 bottles per minute. UNIBLOC can run any shape and sizes of bottles with minimum change parts required. The machine is easily adjustable according the varying height of bottles. S.S. Packaging presents this machine with NECK HANDLING SYSTEM for dedicated PET lines. It allows to use one set of star wheel for all the bottles having the same neck size since the bottle is conveyed on their neck ring instead of body.
