Automatic Film Shrinking Machine

•Working principle：
FM - 750 series machine is suitable for packaging product in natural rubber industry , which is special designed for large heavy objects and can use PE, PVC and the other heat shrink films as package bag.
•Function：
Inlet seal knife is painted teflon plating, which makes the blade not stick. Equips with cooling system of lower of film shrinking machine that gains shape quickly and fastens the seal.Automatic film shrinking machine, is equipped with smart protection function, that prevents mistaken cuts in the film package bag, and guarantees operator’s safety.
Film (Transfer) mechanism uses SICK proximity swith what match with worm gearbox to transfer film smoothly and adjust tension.The outlet is equipped with a strong cooling fan, which allows the package bag to gain shape rapidly.
Film shrinking machine uses more effective double heat insulation structure and more reasonable double-direction circle heat air pipe, ensure to insulate heat and reduce heat consumption, meanwhile it is more benefit “ directional shrink”.Convey roller chooses steel core shaft, with silicone tube coating, which can bear heavy objects and high temperature. (It could choose teflon mesh belt or stainless steel mesh belt according to specific item.)
Equips with anchor bolt to adjust heigh and connect with others equipment conveniently. Machine bottom fixes wheels that moves freely.
