Our product Automatic Fuel Storage and Retrieval System is successful in achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Fully automated systems offer a great deal of ease in their operation because they only require the operator of the system to control the control panel. We have successfully installed this system in renowned palm oil mills. We entertain either medium size or bulk orders.

Automatic moving floor

 Moving floor or walking floor is designed for difficult non free flowing bulk solids like biomass fuel like mesocarp fibre, shell, EFB fibre and woodchip. The concept is to store the fuel in a open top bunker and with our special equipment powered by hydraulic cylinder A series of parallel pusher frames (ladders) are connected to a series of hydraulic cylinders located at one side of the moving floor. Each ladder performs a reciprocating motion by moving forward and backward by the hydraulic cylinder on the flat bunker floor shearing a layer of material from the bunker into a collection conveyor.

From the moving floor the fuel is moved forward and loaded to a well-designed conveyor system, which then carry the fuel to the boiler.
