The main press components include boiler shell, tube plates, back combustion room, wave hearth, and smoke tube.
The boiler smoke stroke is of three-stroke designs. The first design is structure of wave hearth and back combustion room to enhance the combustion room flexibility. The second stroke is of screwed smoke tube structure to enhance heat transfer and to improve thermal efficiency. The third stroke is of light smoke tube to improve the smoke exhaust temperature and to prevent acid corrosion caused by low exhaust temperature.
The heated surface of the boiler is symmetrical as well as the water cycle. The hot water boiler is in natural cycle mode. Hence the back water flows to the bottom of the cylinder and along the front tube plate cut of the small smoke room, to warm up the water in the boiler. After heating equally, water is exhausted from the top inside the boiler; the heated tube plate of the small smoke room can also be cooled. This layout may reduce stress.
