Automatic On Edge Biscuit Wrapping Machine

Horizontal on Edge Biscuit Wrapping Machine is a very versatile machine which can wrap wound, square and rectangular shaped biscuits in pillow pack pouch.

An operator friendly machine with a speed of 80 – 100 packs per minute subjected to line speed of 10 – 15 mtrs per minute.
It is PLC controlled and provided with an operator friendly MMI (man machine interface).
All temperature controllers provided on the machine are PID.
The machine has a built-in high sensitivity, high response photo registration to ensure accurate positioning of the product and cutting of the film even at high speeds which results in less wastage of packing material.
Customized in-feed system in synchronization with the manufacturing process of the customer to pack the biscuits in a stack of round, square and rectangular shapes can be provided.
On-edge stacking in-feed conveyor, adjustable forming unit, on-edge middle conveying unit and out-feed conveyor is provided.
Can also be provided with an optional attachment like hot foil coding unit, overload clutch etc. (at an extra cost).
The machine has a close loop control system to minimize the product and packing material wastage. NO PRODUCT – NO OPERATION
