   The hardware packaging machine is a fully automated packaging equipment that uses PLC + photoelectric system + operation LCD screen for control. It is mainly applied to the packaging of food, small hardware accessories and electronic components. This equipment consists of filling part and packaging execution part, and is equipped with 1 vibrating discharge tray (with high strength and wear resistance), which can be used independently or in combination to meet the packaging requirements of irregular items. Its control system includes a 7-inch color touch screen, which supports digital control of bag length/production volume/velocity. The equipment has safety functions such as opening of protective door stopping operation, automatic detection of empty bags/multiple materials stopping operation, etc., and can be expanded with devices such as feeding machine/holes punching device/labeling machine/finished product conveyor. The transmission system adopts a conveying bin design to ensure smooth packaging of multiple components, and the chain runs smoothly and quietly.

This machine can be used for packaging food, electronic components, small hardware accessories, etc. For example: candies, peanuts, pills, as well as irregular items such as nails, screws, bolts, nuts, bolts, electronic components, etc.
