Standard Configurations:
 1. Pneumatic device Using compressed air to be pushed the cover into the cover conveyor rapidly.
 2. Cans sorting distribution device Unique sorting function, can sort the whole box or bag of disordered covers automatically at a high speed. this device adjust automatically the high-speed transporting and immediately connecting cans, to make cans located opposite to covers when entering the capping device. .
 3. Falling prevention device To prevent cans from falling or leaning on the capping stage. 
 4. Cover capping device The cans is transmitted at a uniform high speed with cover and to be capped onto accurate position with the cover automatically on the conveyor line.
 5. PLC programmable System All motions controlled through PLC system automatically.
 6. Photoelectric system All motions are detected by Photoelectric system and if there is missing cover, chucking cover and blocking cover etc, the machinery would be stopping alarm automatically.
 7. Touch Display screen operation panel Easily operate, single row or multi-rows button, one operator enough.
