Blanching is a must-have to preserve authentic flavor which is important in making natural potato chips.4. Frying part needs the relative dried potato strips,the dewatered potato strips are low in moisture and ready to fry.5. During frying, the temperature should be controlled around180 degrees celsius,the potato strips should be fished out when they become golden and soft. 6. De-oiling makes potato chips more healthy and palatable. 7. In this step, you can season whatever flavor you like onto the potato chips.8.
