Details :

• The Labeling  machine is   designed  for any type of bottle and label for Front , Back & Neck  and each have three  Masters and  three  pickup Cylinder point and Ten Rotary head.
• Main Body of Machine make of  MS plate with  enamel painted painting and legs adjustable up to  100 mm.  Main Body covered by AISI Grade  Sheet.  All MS and cast iron parts are powder coated. Magazine made of  AISI 304 Grade Material  and Label Master of Aluminium die Casting and  Rubberized. Gum Roller made of  SS 304 &  Pick-up cylinder made of brass sheet . Hood fabricated by SS 304 Material and  Door  made of  Acrylic  sheet. In feed and Out feed Star wheel, and guide made of Cast  Nylon Grade Material  and in feed worm made of DERLIN Cast.
• Chain Conveyor  length 8 Feet fitted  with Labeling Machine. The  Slat chain  Conveyor  made of the  AISI 304 grade sheet.
• Output Speed of Machine is 200 BPM for Standard 180 ml Glass Bottle  on constant production, but the speed of production depends on shape of  Bottles. Gripping of  bottles by spring loaded  bell  shaped  grippers and bottle pads for precise Labeling  & Easy height adjustment for different type of bottles or containers etc. . Glue thickness adjustable by Scrapper.
• Speed  Variation controlled by AC frequency. AC Drives and PLC  system   with the function of  No Bottles  - No Label  and No Bottle - No Gum.
• Drive. Electrical panel made of sheet fabrication powder coated. Electronics BPM counter meter fitted on the front of  Panel Box.
• The various sizes of  Bottles and Label  can be taken by machine with change parts. The Machine is suitable for any shape, Size of bottles & labels by necessary change parts.
