• Equipment : PLC based Cold chamber (stand alone) (Also available in controller based )
• Control system : Allen Bradley PLC controlling temperature. Also connected to IOT device to access chamber via mobile
• Refrigeration system : An eco-friendly refrigerant (R-134) is used in a compressor which satisfies the requirement of CFC free cooling system. Copeland (Emerson) make compressor will be hermetically sealed and coupled with evaporation coil& condenser
• Air circulation : To get an uniform temperature a centrifugal blower connected to a motor will blow the air from up to down, controlled by PLC
• Heating system : SS. U shaped nichrome wire
• Insulation : 80 mm sheet of PUF (Poly Urethane Foam)
• Trays : Stainless steel perforated or wire mesh as per the requirement. Trays will be adjustable as per sample size
• Illumination : LED light is provided for bright illumination and low power consumption
• Fault Indications : Audio visual indication is provided for all types of fault occur in the chamber
• Validation port : A 60 mm port hole sealed with silicon rubber is provided on the side wall of chamber for validation purpose
• Sensors : PT 100 sensor to sense both temperature
• software : CDAQ complying 21 CFR part 11
