Mark Engineering Automatic Roller Coater ARC is integrated with heavy duty graded C.I framed feeder, heavy duty steel frames for coating station for vibration free sheet transport during coating even at high speeds. Automatic Roller Coater ARC has nearly horizontal line paper movement path with high feeder pile height. Effective Feeder and Stacker pile heights are equal to increase production output. The coating station is integrated with high roller diameter with high pipe thickness for long running life and stability. Sturdiness and higher stability of the machine results into high gloss coating with less usage of coating. Ultimately savings of coating liquid turns into competitive advantage. Automatic UV, Aqua, Varnish Roller Coater ARC can handle stocks from 170 gsm to 500 gsm. Automatic Roller Coater ARC works with minimum sheet size of A3 to Maximum sheet size of B2. Automatic Roller Coater ARC B1 can feed maximum sheet size of B1.
