AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING MACHINE

The machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of liquids like oil lotion shampoo and many more products which are in proper liquid form  into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. The unit shall have provision to fit stainless steel Syringes. A specially designed synchronized mechanical movement with a conveyor system (5 ft. long) and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. A ‘NO BOTTLE NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when continuous flow of bottles is not available.
Output (std. Syrup type liquid): 15000 to 25000 bottles/shift depending upon nature of
Liquid, volume of fill, Shape of container & no. of head.
