MTS work cells utilize the combination of standard machinery for an almost endless variety of applications such as cutting, single or twinhead bending, punching, forming, flattening, coping, milling and drilling. These work cells allow the flexibility of choosing to automate at a later date while taking advantage of cost savings for manual transfer.
FULLY AUTOMATED MACHINERY
OMG fully automated machines offer full automated part production from raw material through finished component for applications such as; lawn mower handles, steering columns, shock absorbers, seating components, shopping carts and thousands of other tubular products. They can be customized to produce from one to multiple parts per cycle in order to meet volume requirements and can even perform inline QC operations.
