B.O.D. Incubator

Double walled construction inner chamber made of stainless steel / M.S and exterior made of G.I powder coated. Gap between the two walls is filled with glass wool insulation, provided with S.S shelves. Temperature is controlled by Digital PID controller. Temp range 5°C to 60°C, accuracy 0.5°C.

• Incubators are sturdy double walled units

• Inner Chamber made of S.S. and outer made of Mild Steel with Powder coating.

• Gap between the walls fitted with glass wool insulation to avoid heat loses.

• Heating elements are made of high grade chrome plated nichrome wire. Temperature is controlled by thermostat.

• Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 600°C and Accuracy: ± 2°C

• Air Ventilations is provided on the top of the unit to remove the hot gases I fumes.

• In Lab type oven heaters are placed in the bottom oldest the unit.

• All the control switches & pilot lamps are fitted on the front panel.

• Trays should be supplied with G.I. wire mesh.
