jet speed automatic ceiling fan stater cum armature cum field coils re-winding machine, is high efficiency adjustable designed for def rant type re-winding, labor job as well as it used for production.
quick winding is performed with high accuracy and precision. and is also independent of operator's skill.
with necessary changes if adjustment and attachments, if is used for all type of fan stator & armatures of any make and any others from fan size 24" to 60"
speed: for one coils is 20/25 second and complete fan 30 minutes max,and armature 15 minutes. 800 / 950 rpm
stator size:ceiling fan size: core diameter 200 mm thickness 50 mm max. shaft length 200 mm
armature size: core o.d.75 mm core length 75 mm shaft length 350 mm
field coils size: 25 mm to 125 mm as par your patents thickness 10 mm to 15 mm
wire size: 26 swg to 38 swg
wire tensions are extremely smooth and even thoroughly tested by research, damage or wire breakage.
operating controls: unit all ready for 1/4 h.p. motor single phase 230 volts a.c. supply-domestic. having arrangement for on-off switches, soft touch operated electronics control system, pilot lcd, rheostat for control switch,
preset-set arrangement of automatic cut off turns counter, double penal operated switches
count memory cut - off supply, inter-locking forward and reveres rotating system, display direction indicators
winding mechanism: the stater is vertical held satisfactorily between widely adjustable supporting centers; the winding mechanism consists of rotating arms for spinning
the wire tightly and neatly into the fan stater & armatures assembly.
setting: change of setting is very smooth, easy to handle and with adjustable arrangements with latest technology and mechanical arrangements.
capacity: for ceiling fan 30 ? 35 no. par day,
armature 45-50 no.par day
standard attachment:
1, special 4.die sets (16 no flaps) for different stater core size for,re-winding and production works
