Psoralea corylifolia commonly known as babchi is a popular herb, which has since long been used in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for its magical effects to cure various skin diseases. It grows throughout the plains of India, specially found in Rajastan, Punjab, Karnataka, some valley in bihar, some parts of Maharashtra, etc. This seed is sown in the month of March -April in the summer and the crop takes 7-8 month for reaching its maturity. By the end of the November, we can take this crop and it is upto March.
