• The All new model 40 mm Back geared Auto feed Radial Drill Machine is meant for heavy
general purpose work.
• It is having heavy duty machine structure having 40 mm capacity in steel & 250 mm spindle
travel.
Dist. From spindle center to column is 900 mm.
• Column of 170mm dia is made of casting having long bottom for greater rigidity to reduce
vibration.
• The base plate is heavily ribbed below for extra rigidity.
• Most important part spindle is internally and externally ground made of EN8 steel.
• Spindle RAM is of 78 mm dia made of steel only not the casting with 250 mm spindle travel.
Pinion of EN8 steel and quill both are having 9 DP heavy teeth.
• Auto feed gears are also hardened.
• All the gears in the machine are supported through good quality bearings and not the
bushes.
