Features :
• The all new 40 mm cap. Radial drill machine is having complete oil bath lifting
assembly with the shaft supported at both ends by bearings and not the bushes.
• Also the heavy duty lifting screw (35mm) is supported through taper roller bearing.
• It is having wide support of column (170mm with extra rib), column bracket
(440mm) and arm (305mm).
• Column is made of casting having long bottom for greater rigidity to reduce vibration.
• The base plate is heavily ribbed below for extra rigidity.
• Most important part spindle is internally and externally ground made of EN8 steel.
• Spindle quill is of 78 mm dia made of steel only not the casting.
• Pinion of EN8 steel and quill both are having 10 DP heavy teeth.
• Greater support through wider drilling head(250mm) and closed V-Guide ways on
newly designed channel type arm.
