We Offer Back-up Phenolic Laminate.
The main application for phenolic resin back-up boards is as the protective entry or back-up board
while drilling or routing of flexible and/or rigid printed circuit boards (PCB).
Our back-up boards have the following advantages:
- Smooth and flat surface with no impurities and low warpage.
- Uniform thickness throughout a single sheet and comply with the market standards.
- No smear or burr occurrence while drilling.
- Appropriate surface hardness to ensure no wearing out or shortening of drill bits' lifetime.
- We have computerised numerically controlled sawing machines and automatic sealing & packaging machines to
provide a customised cut-to-size service for our customers.
