• These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. Sheet duly powder coated.

• Inner chamber and Adjustable perforated Shelves made up of S.S.Sheet (SS-304 grade).

• Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs, at bottom and sides, for uniform heat distribution.

• Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.

• Synthetic door gasket made of neoprene rubber is fitted to all “GRACE” units instead of asbestos.

• Air ventilators are also provided on the sides of the unit.

• To work on 220/230 volts A.C.

Features (Super Deluxe Model) with LED Display:

• These are sturdy double walled units with inner & outer chamber both made of S.S.(304).

• Adjustable perforated Shelves made up of S.S. Sheet (SS-304 grade).

• Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated shelves to convenient height.

• AUTO TIME CONTROL UNIT : These models are fitted with specially designed MICROPROCESSOR BASED PID DIGITIAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR-cum-controller with an in-built DIGITAL TIMER to control the temperature from ambient to 70°C +1°C. Once the unit is switched ‘ON’ heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the In-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched “OFF” automatically and the unit sounds a BUZZER, thus alerting the user that process is complete.
