Bag Closer

Shivam Bag Closer (DA) is a single needle, single thread chain-stitch bag closing/stitching machine. This machine may be used to stitch all sorts of paper, textile and poly bags made from HDPE/PP etc. The stitching process is simple which needs the operator to feed the filled bag in upright position between the presser foot and the throat plate and then press the push button beneath the handle. The feed mechanism consists of wider presser foot and feed dog with a bigger throat plate. The parts of the machine are tempered which makes them wear resistant, hence the repair costs and the machine downtime are kept to the bare minimum. The machine is capable of functioning under extreme conditions which makes is extremely robust.
