Bag Dump Stations

NBE bag dump stations facilitate the integration of manually dumped dry bulk materials into all types of bulk material processing equipment, including: material mixers, agitator hoppers and bulk storage bins, size reduction equipment, and dry bulk material conveyors. Bag dump stations allow for efficient, manual introduction into processing operations of small volumes of dry bulk material from containers such as small bags, buckets, and totes.
The dust collection system creates a negative pressure within the bag dump station enclosure, pulling dust-laden air through a series of high-efficiency filters. The filters collect the material dust to be recovered and returned into the process line without contamination. Material waste is reduced and facilities, equipment, and employees run at peak performance.
