Bag flatteners are Belt conveyors that flatten filled bags for uniform stacking. Filled bags pass between two sets of Belt conveyors that automatically compress and shape the bags to a uniform "brick-like" shape for better palletizing. Uniformly flattened bags ensure less product spillage and product damage due to uneven pallet loads. Bag Flatteners are usually located after a Bag KickerBag Turner and before a Transfer conveyor.
