thermic fluid heater (pro-therm):
it consists of three pass helical concentric coil fabricated out of bq seamless tubes as per. Bs 3059 part ii. Schedule 40.
One no. Of coil covering shell assembly made out of mild steel crc. And insulate outer surface with mineral wool and al cladding
furnace:
the fuel burns on the grate bars & grate bars fitted in the furnace chamber. Adequate grate area is providing for complete combustion.
Boiler furnace is designed on induced draft phenomenon the draft helps in rate of firing. Adequate fire door and ash door are provided to feed the fuel.
The fire bricks, castable cement, ceramic board are used to construct the furnace refractory.
Radiant coil:
the radiant coil is single pass and mounted on the top of furnace to transfer maximum heat to thermic fluid.
