Construction :-
The oven has a robust construction. Double walled with SS-304 inside and outside of Gl epoxy coated finish.
Door :-
Double walled M.S door with sight glass. Door is fixed on specially designed hinges, provided with arrangement for special lock.
Insulation :-
100 mm High Density Glass wool on all sides of oven to have skin temperature of oven less than 50°C.
Heating :-
Superior heating system. The heat is Well distributed throughout the oven. Specially designed heaters (Ceramic Bobbin enclosed in SS tubes) are fixed Inside the Oven on top and Bottom. The heaters are easily replaceable.
Temp Controls :-
Top and bottom heat can be controlled Independently by Thermostats or Digital Temp. Controller with indicator with Fe-Con sensor.
