Ball Making Machine

Fast machine for single balls from tube or slab, shape: spherical, ovali, obelisk, drops, etc. .. Ball diameter from 1.8 to 6mm. Constructed completely in steel the machine for single balls allows to realize beads directly from smooth or plated metallic tube or from strip. The diameter of the spheres can vary from 1 to 6 millimeters through the simple substitution of the stamps, that it moreover allows to execute little ball of variable shape like Ovals, Cylindrical and Hexagonal.
For the Execution of the job the Machine is Mechanical Following Supply of:

• a) Mechanical pushing and spinning apparatus of the metallic tube.
• b) Hammering apparatus with stamps for the realization of the beads.

Pushing And Spinning Mechanical Apparatus:

The tube beyond is pushed into the hammering apparatus comes rotated in at every push of 90° for the optimization of the job.
Hammering Apparatus:

 This apparatus has maximum pitch of 6 millimeter. It must be supplied of the stamps for the realization of the beads.
