Ball Mill, Driven Type : Electric

Ball mill is used for grinding materials in cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal,etc. There are two ways of a ball mill grinding materials: the dry way and the wet way.ball mill is mainly composed of feeding section, discharging section, rotating section, driving section ( reducer, pinion, motor, electric control ), etc.

4) there are two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way;
5) ball mill can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to differentexpelling mine;
6) when use a ball mill, the material will be loaded into the neoprene barrel full of grinding media;
7) as the barrel of the ball mill rotates, the material is ground by the extruding force with the grinding media;
8) the longer the ball mill runs, the finer the materials will be ground;
9) the ultimate particle size depends on how hard the material being ground is and how long the ball mill runs.
