Eliminating the nagging “dirt in paint” problems starts with having the paint drops comprised of Hosco smooth- bore, cavity-free, microfinshed components. Hosco SSBV paint station ball valves are all 316 stainless steel, smooth-bore, fully encapsulated and cavity-free allowing them to flush easily and quickly so there is no place for dried paint to hide. The SSBV family is available in every configuration needed in paint circulation drop stations from 14″ to 58″ or 8mm to 14mm sizes- threaded, bulkhead threaded, compression, bulkhead compression, and tube up to 18″ long. The full featured SSBV family includes adjustable packing for cradle to grave service in a paint shop’s 25 year life, with PTFE packing and seats that provide chemical resistance to all of the coatings used or anticipated for use in the future.
